Freflon® PVDF FRS201
Typical Application:
Freflon® PVDF FRS201 is suspension polymerization of PVDF homopolymer resin with excellent weather ability homopolymer of vinylidene fluoride designed for injection, extrusion and molding.
Compared to FR201, FRS201 has higher crystallinity.
It also shows excellent resistance to high temperature, chemical corrosion UV, etc.

Handling and storage:
(1) This product should be processed under 370 ℃ to avoid producing toxic gases.
(2) PVDF has good fire resistance and smoke inhibition property, however, when meets with fire, it will release toxic hydrogen fluoride gas and fluorocarbon compounds.
(3) Operators should take good care of personal protection during the use procedure and processing.
Packaging and storage:
(1) Powder is 500kg/woven bag and pellets are 25kg/bag, 1000kg/pallet or 1000kg/woven bag.
(2) PVDF is packed in double layer of polyethylene plastic bag.
(3) Store in a cool and dry place.
