Freflon® HFE-347

Product Description: 

1,1,2,2-Tetrafluoroethy 2,2,2-trifluoroethyl ether (HFE-347), a fluorine solvent of hydrofluoroethers (HFE), has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP), which is an environmentally friendly solvent and cleaner.

Application:

(1)  It can be used for dust removal (removal of particles) of electronic equipment such as CCD and CMOS sensors; cleaning of parts and cavities of semiconductor production equipment; if combined with hydrocarbon cleaners, it can be used for cleaning of LCD modules and panels. 

(2)  It can be used as lubricants to dilute hard discs: dispersion media for PTFE: solvents for aerosols; fluorine coating agents; solvents for fluorine oils; reaction menstruum; extraction solvents for analytical purposes.

 Cautions: 

(1)  Due to its non-flammability and non-toxicity during use, it has high security. For details, please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). 

Packaging, Storage &Transportation: 

(1)  The product is packed in stainless steel drums, 250kg/drum or 25kg/drum.  It should be stored at room temperature
