Description:
FF600A is chemical resistant perfluoroelastomer that can be vulcanized with peroxide. Composed of tetrafluoroethylene monomer and perfluoromethyl vinyl ether monomer copolymer and crosslinking monomer. Curing point monomer contains iodine. It offers
widely sealing capabilities against corrosive media and excellent compression set values.

Recommended process:
FF600A can be mixed with a standard water-cooled two roll open mill. During the mixing process, the environment must be clean and the roller must be cooled sufficiently. After mixing, the rubber should be cooled as soon as possible.
