PVDF Rod
Polyvinylidene fluoride rods, extruded from PVDF resin at high temperatures into bars, are a fairly pure polymer that does not contain additives such as UV stabilizers, heat stabilizers, softeners, lubricants or flame retardants. The oxygen index is 46%, flame retardant, crystallinity is 65% -78%, density is 1.77 ~ 1.8g / m3, the melting point is 172℃ the heat distortion temperature is 112 ~ 145 ℃ long-term use temperature is 40 ~ 150℃.Due to the chemical inertness of PVDF, it hardly reacts with any medium.

Properties:
It has higher stiffness and pressure-bearing capacity than its counterparts, but with less smoothness and electrical insulation. It has high strength and toughness under high temperature conditions, can be self-extinguishing. Its working temperature is -60 ℃ to + 150 ℃. PVDF is stable against chloride, bromide and energy rays. Ester and ketone solutions can cause erosion at high temperatures. Good high temperature (150 ℃ can continue to work), excellent chemical resistance and hydrolysis resistance, outstanding UV and weather resistance. High mechanical strength, goodrigidity, good creep resistance, good sliding and wear resistance, inherent low flammability, good electrical insulation.
Application:
Due to PVDF's good chemical resistance, processability and resistance to fatigue and creep, PVDF is the best material for pumps, valves, piping, piping fittings, tanks and heat exchangers for the whole or lining of petrochemical plant fluid handling systems one. Its good chemical stability, electrical insulation properties, making the equipment to meet the requirements of TOCS and flame retardant, is widely used in the semiconductor industry, storage and transportation of high purity chemicals, semiconductors, liquid crystal devices associated with the electronics industry, Chemical devices, food processing machines and more.
