Description

Translucent or milky white high extrusion fluorosilicone compound has good physical and processing properties. It has the characteristics of good resilience, fast vulcanization speed and good fluidity. It is more suitable for making sealing strips and fluorosilicon hose.

Note:
1.The curing agent is 2,5 dimethyl-2,5 Di tert butyl hexane peroxide (DBPH), and the dosage is 0.53gDBPH/100g precompound.
2. Press cure: 170 ℃* 10min, post cure: 200 ℃*4H.


Using method:
Mixing: Firstly mixing several times in open mixer, adding vulcanizing agent, keep mixing until the vulcanizing agent fully mixed inside the material; then reduce the roller distance to 0.5mm-1mm and mixing for 8-10 times.
Vulcanization: After above mixing, the rubber mixture with vulcanizing agent will be made into rubber sheet or cut into the required shape, and then molded and vulcanized on the molding machine.


Storage:
Store in a dry environment at room temperature for one year.
